We adopt a DCS automatic production and control system in the productionprocess, which eliminates the influence of the external environment and humanintervention, resulting in high product quality and low energy consumption.Our factory implements the standard requirements of ISO9001:2015, from thetesting of raw materials, semi-products to sampling before in the warehouse.strictly following the testing index requirements to ensure the quality of thefinished products before each batch of delivery.
R&D Department
Newsanda believes that research and development is a guarantee for enterprise development. Therefore, we have established an application research and development laboratory for dry mixed mortar, water-based coatings, etc.
Raw Material Control
Newsanda values raw material procurement. We have reviewed and selected high-quality well-known suppliers as our raw material suppliers. We inspect each batch of raw materials and test different ingredients to ensure stable product quality.
